60 Seconds on Back Pain and Mental Health

Greetings from Dr. T:

An article in Medical News Today discussed a study of almost 200,000 participants. It was found that individuals who have back pain are more likely to experience a range of mental health conditions. Back pain and mental health problems?

Back pain is the leading cause of disability around the world. According to the Global Burden of Disease study, lower back pain affects almost one in 10 people. Back pain reduces the quality of life and increases the risk of other health problems. And mental health is just one of them.

Back pain is the most common issue I hear about from my patients.

You do not have to live with pain and discomfort. I have many natural ways to not only alleviate that pain but to also heal the problem that is causing the pain.

Give us a call and come in for an evaluation so that we can start on a course of treatment that will get you out of pain and your back in tip-top condition.  You will be glad you did!
